Roe City Records – The Ode to O.E. Compilation

During 2006 my favorite activity was to get drunk with my friends and record songs with a few simple criteria: it must be an original composition, it must have been written and recorded (this does not include mixing) in under an hour, and it should hopefully be funny. My friends probably got very bored of this, but they helped me make these awful songs. I originally wanted to release a compilation with each song being performed by an imaginary band. That didn’t really pan out, so I’ve put the tracks here for you to cringe at.

jeremy, my old friend from Roe City (read: Monroe, LA), has just put up a compilation of a bunch of the musical work he did in 2005 with various jerks from monroe. appearances from great folks such as marcus robin, dave goss, kevin roberts (of stadanko bros. fame), jesse wingard, josh barnes, and even bill dunn grace this wonderful compilation.

i suggest you check it out and laugh heartily.
